Returns and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 3 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 3 days.
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You have obtained a Return Authorization Code (RAC) from us.
Attention: Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.
Attention: Each order number is eligible for up to two exchanges only.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange a product for another item. Each order number is eligible for one exchange only.
Exceptions:
- Items purchased with a gift card or during special promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Opened products cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process

Reporting Timeframe: Please note that any issues must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot assume responsibility for any disputes or discrepancies. We strongly encourage customers to carefully inspect their orders upon delivery and report any concerns within this window to facilitate timely resolution. The product needs to be returned to our warehouse for evaluation and approval by our Quality Control team. Upon approval, we willprocess an exchange. Léondi will bear the shipping costs for returning damaged items.
Giveaway Policy
Winners of our giveaways must be reachable within 72 hours of the announcement. If we are unable to establish contact within this timeframe, the prize will be deemed unclaimed, and the winner will forfeit their right to it. In such cases, the giveaway will be automatically canceled.
